Our design is to go in existing / new concrete posts sat on top of a gravel board or to fit in our new aluminium fence posts. Each kit will have 2 composite side pieces, one aluminium top and one aluminium bottom in black to have a picture frame affect.
We have designed this size so when the frame goes into the posts each board will need trimming to suit, this can be done just like timber with hand saw or chop saw for example. We have done this as we all know an old concrete post can move slightly out of level so we can still achieve the composite boards to fit in this situation.
Boards are available on their own if you have your own steel fabrication design.
